NEWS RELEASEFOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Shareholders of CrownTonka Walk-Ins and Thermalrite Acquire International Cold Plymouth, M.N.—August 24, 2009—Rainey Road, LLC, whose owners own and operate CrownTonka Walk-Ins and ThermalRite, announces the acquisition of International Cold Storage (ICS) from Carrier Commercial Refrigeration, Inc., a subsidiary of Carrier Corporation. ICS is a leading manufacturer of one-piece walk-in coolers, serving many of the leading QSR companies. All three companies, CrownTonka, ThermalRite and ICS, will operate as separate entities, providing a complete portfolio of cold storage products to the grocery, convenience store, foodservice, institutional, scientific and industrial industries. The ICS management team under the leadership of General Manager Kevin Wilson will continue to lead the organization. “This was a strategic move to expand our portfolio offering by providing more cold storage solutions for our customers.
