Thermalrite is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others. Thermalrite collects information from our users at several different points on our web site.
A user has the option to submit a question or concern via the web sites using a contact form. The user is required to provide name and email address and contact information so that we can answer their question or request. Also, the customer contact form may also be routed to our 3rd party service providers who assist Thermalrite in answering customer requests from our web sites. Contact form information is collected by Thermalrite. An automatic email confirmation is sent to the user when they submit each form.
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
